CDG WORKING IN ALLIANCE WITH MAXIMUS

Combining the very best expertise in both the private and charitable sectors with the common goal of helping those who are unemployed in their journey back into work, MAXIMUS and CDG have formed an innovative alliance to bid for the Work Programme.

In alliance with international welfare to work provider MAXIMUS, CDG is a prime provider for the Work Programme in London East and will deliver in London West and Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight in addition to being a prime provider in London East.

We are also working in partnership with Avanta in Crawley.

This MAXIMUS-CDG alliance offers the Work Programme:

• proven delivery expertise. Both CDG and MAXIMUS have enviable track records of moving high volumes of workless jobseekers into sustainable employment. MAXIMUS brings international expertise from the US, Australia and Israel while CDG offers its expertise in engaging hard-to-reach groups and in working with smaller charitable, community and social enterprise groups, achieved through the delivery of three New Deal Prime Contracts.

• a tried and tested partnership. For more than 12 months, MAXIMUS and CDG have been producing some of the best results in the country, through the delivery of Flexible New Deal across Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

• a commitment to stakeholder engagement by working collaboratively with key stakeholders like employers, the voluntary and community sector and local authorities.

Please note that we are accepting expression of interest forms for other future projects we may pursue, including the forthcoming DWP ESF tender round.
