Support for employers who hire people with disabilities

CDG works closely with employers to support your recruitment needs. We will give you the support and encouragement you need to employ more people with disabilities, who are committed to improving their skills in a work environment.

 
By working with CDG you will benefit from:

• being recognised as an employer who is positive about disability

• knowledge, so that you are aware of how to adapt tasks for people with disabilities

• assistance in applying for Access to Work funding, which will help fund specialised equipment or other workplace adjustments that may be required

• a cost-free recruitment service as we are funded by the Department for Work and Pensions

• arranged work experience, and

• employee training.

Health and safety vetting is a mandatory component of our service to ensure safeguarding of our jobseekers.
