We are currently in the process of implementing Work Choice in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight on behalf of our special purpose vehicle, CDG-WISE Ability.

Work Choice provision will provide specialist job-focused support to individuals with disabilities, further extending CDG’s portfolio of support for this jobseeker group.

Extensive employer links
CDG collaboratively works with over 16,000 employers nationally to enhance the employability of our jobseekers. We work with employers to design bespoke pre-employment training packages, deliver vocational training, and to secure work placements and vacancies for CDG customers.
