Partnership working

We believe that partnership adds value to delivery by increasing the range and depth of services and resources available to learners through a multi-agency approach. CDG already has a number of partner sub-contractors and are always keen on meeting with new partners to explore potential further development. We can add value to tenders by offering mainstream support through our centres and through our strong network of employer engagement where we have excellent working relationships with employers across the country.

As a prime contractor, CDG has gained an expertise in selecting, recruiting and developing partners who will add to the sum of the parts. To do this, we have developed supportive supply chain management skills. This produces far better performance both in volume and quality than could be achieved without these partnerships.

Equally, CDG operates as a subcontractor to a number of New Deal Prime Contractors in Bedfordshire and West and South London.
