Our centres are individually designed to provide you with the resources and surroundings you need to find work.

At our centres you will have access to all of the following, and can continue to access them even after you return to work.

Telephones
You can use the telephones at our centres to phone employers, support organisations and recruitment agencies at no cost to you.

Printing facilities
You can use our printers to print your CVs, covering letters, application forms, and references.

Photocopiers
You can use our photocopiers to copy your jobsearch paperwork, or to scan and email paperwork to employers or yourself.

Computers and internet access
Our centres can provide you with computer access to search and apply for jobs, access your email, and complete training online.

Job boards
Our centres have listings of all the latest jobs, and staff at the centres can provide you with more detail about each of the roles advertised.

Newspapers
We will provide a supply of local and national newspapers to assist with your jobsearching. If you need a specialist publication which we don’t stock, let your advisor know.

Online support
As well as our centre facilities, we provide you with the following tools which can be accessed from our centres or anywhere with internet access.

Customer Zone
Customer Zone is our web-based computer system for our Work Programme participants. It allows you to log in from any location and to access any documents you’ve saved to it, like CVs, application forms, or to-do lists. By using Customer Zone, you can continue where you left off from any location, without having to use memory sticks, CDs or floppy discs.

e-kwip.me
e-kwip.me is our online learning system providing computer-based training and guidance on how to overcome barriers to work, as well as how to find, get, and keep a job.

Client Match
Client match is an online jobsearch tool, which automatically searches hundreds of recruitment websites to find jobs that match your location and job goals. You can access your Client Match record from any location to check for the latest matches and apply for vacancies.
