Welcome to CDG

We at Careers Development Group (CDG) are delighted to welcome you to the Work Programme. Our aim is to help you on your journey into work, and to help you to stay in work.

As well as offering you the support, information and training you need to get a job, we will provide you with help once you are there. We also have a range of organisations, volunteers, and employers all ready and willing to give extra support if and when you need it.

For nearly 30 years we have been committed to doing all we can to improve people’s lives by helping them into work. We treat everyone as a person in their own right and as a charity we always do all we can because we only exist to help you.

To provide as wide a service possible, we have asked other organisations to help. Your invite letter will show which organisation you will be working with. All of these partners, and ourselves, are fully committed to providing the support, facilities, and service outlined in this Welcome Pack.
