KEY SERVICES TO HELP EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR RECRUITMENT

A jobseeker sits at a desk with a CDG employee, receiving trainingUsing our 30 years' experience, CDG can deliver a tailored recruitment service before and after someone works with you.

This end-to-end support starts as soon as you contact us right through to the interview stage, and for up to a year after someone starts work with you.

Employers that work with us at each stage of the process and at no cost will have a dedicated account manager to provide guidance and support for both the employer and employee.

Our services include:

  • access to a wide range of job-ready candidates with a variety of skills who want to return to work
  • pre-screening and shortlisting of all candidates before sending CVs to you
  • pre-employment training plans
  • tailored training plans developed by CDG's employment coaches and based on your needs
  • use of CDG's centres if you wish to conduct interviews, rather than using your own premises
  • work trial opportunities so you can try a candidate in the job and assess their progress before taking them on permanently
  • e-learning facilities and e-recruitment solutions where we can promote your roles directly to our candidates. Additionally, we can develop e-kwip.me courses to support your recruitment process that will either help candidates with the application process, or inform them about the role in advance
  • guidance and support for both the employer and employee to ensure the employee stays in work, and
  • CDG's out of hours support centre.
