CDG recently held a series of workshops to roll out the new company ethos, values, vision and mission.

These workshops were attended by all staff and served to inspire and motivate every one to achieve the very best for each individual jobseeker. The values, mission and vision were agreed as:

Mission
CDG is a dynamic charity that seeks to help those who are unemployed find and sustain employment. Many of the people we support have multiple barriers to employment, including:

  • lack of recent work experience
  • disabilities
  • health problems, and
  • lack of relevant employability skills.


Vision

We provide training, work experience and the support necessary to enable our jobseekers to achieve a better quality of life.
