What back to work activities does CDG deliver?

Who funds CDG's provisions?

 

Within our spread of welfare to work contracts we deliver a full range of back to work activities. This includes:

  • jobsearch
  • work experience placements
  • environmental and community sector placements
  • vocational qualifications
  • information advice and guidance
  • pre-employment training
  • motivation and confidence building
  • literacy and numeracy skills (including ESOL)
  • Accredited Security Industry Training (SIA)
  • Health and safety in Construction Training (CSCS cards)
  • Sector specific ongoing training (NVQs)
  • job brokerage

Our contracts support both the 18-24 and 25+ age group categories, and include people with disabilities, lone parents, black and minority ethnic groups and all other socially disadvantaged groups.

 

 

Our New Deal provisions are funded by Jobcentre Plus and the European Social Fund

    

 

CDG has also been awarded funding from the Learning and Skills Council and ESF for the following courses; Skills for Jobs, Skills for Life for Employed Staff, Sector Routeways to Employment and Post 16 NEET:
