BARRY ASPLAND, DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Barry oversees the financial activities of CDG and its subsidiaries while ensuring all financial systems and procedures are fit for purpose and embody best practice. He leads CDG’s finance team in all planning, budgeting, transactional, reporting and compliance activity.

Barry was previously group finance and IT director at One Housing Group, where he handled all aspects of the financial management of the social housing developer and service provider, including the management of a £700 million private finance debt portfolio.
