ARUNA BOYLAND, HONORARY TREASURER

Aruna spent her early career serving with the British Army both in the UK and abroad. After a successful army career, she held management positions at different levels of seniority for commercial organisations in various sectors including investment banking, publishing, media advertising, and property.

These roles involved the control and monitoring of forecasts, strategic planning and budgeting, statutory reporting, and internal audit control. Aruna also has operational experience of floating a privately owned company to a public quoted company on AIM.

In recent years she has held senior positions within small companies on a part-time basis as well as having been MD and part owner of a leisure and sports company. At present Aruna runs an accounting and management company for small entrepreneurial businesses.
